1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Research Peptide Hub website ("Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Research Peptide Hub are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic use, or any form of clinical application. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this restriction. Misuse of products is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Account Registration
An account is required to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site and purchase products. By creating an account and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
5. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, recommendation, or endorsement. Research Peptide Hub does not provide medical consultations. Product descriptions, research summaries, and related content are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or concerns.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or resale. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. We accept payment via credit/debit card, cryptocurrency, bank transfer (Zelle), and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy for details). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Volume Pricing. Certain products may offer volume-based discounts where the per-unit price decreases based on quantity purchased. Volume pricing is calculated automatically at checkout and is subject to change without notice.
Coupons & Discounts. Coupon codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined, and may have minimum order amounts, expiration dates, or product restrictions. We reserve the right to void coupons obtained through unauthorized means.
7. Shipping & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on your destination. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
8. Rewards Program
Research Peptide Hub offers a rewards program ("Rewards Program") to registered account holders. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
Earning Points. Points are earned on qualifying purchases at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent (calculated on the order subtotal minus any discounts). Points are credited when an order is placed but remain in "pending" status until the order has shipped. Pending points cannot be redeemed.
Point Expiration. Available points expire 90 days after they become available (i.e., 90 days after the associated order ships), unless otherwise stated. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. We reserve the right to change the expiration period at any time with reasonable notice.
Redemption. Points may be redeemed for discount coupons once a minimum balance of 100 points is reached. Redeemed coupons are single-use, valid for 30 days, and cannot be combined with other coupon codes. Points redeemed for a coupon are non-refundable, even if the coupon expires unused.
Cancellations. If an order is cancelled, any points earned from that order will be revoked. If points from a cancelled order were already redeemed, your balance may go negative, requiring additional purchases before further redemption.
Promotions. From time to time, we may offer bonus point promotions (e.g., double points). Promotional multipliers apply only to orders placed during the active promotion period and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
No Cash Value. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Points are not property and confer no vested rights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice, and to void points in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Research Peptide Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use products for human or animal consumption
- Resell products without prior written authorization
- Provide false or misleading information in your account or orders
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, pricing, or purchase limits
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or access the Site
- Engage in fraudulent coupon or rewards abuse
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive for high purity and accuracy in our product descriptions, we do not guarantee specific research outcomes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided as a reference and are subject to the limitations of the testing methodology used.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Research Peptide Hub, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Research Peptide Hub, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Research Peptide Hub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
