1. 条款接受

3. 账户注册
下单需要注册账户。您负责保护您的账户凭证的机密性，以及您账户下的所有活动。您同意在注册期间提供准确、完整的信息，并根据需要更新。我们保留暂停或终止违反这些条款或涉嫌欺诈活动的账户的权利。
4. 年龄要求
您必须至少 21 岁才能使用本网站和购买产品。通过创建账户和下单，您声明并保证您已年满 21 岁。

6. 订单、价格和付款
所有订单均受受理情况和库存情况的限制。我们保留自行决定拒绝或取消任何订单的权利，包括涉嫌欺诈或转售的订单。价格以美元显示，如有变动，恕不另行通知。
订单发货前必须收到全额付款。我们接受通过信用卡/借记卡、加密货币、银行转账 (Zelle) 以及结账时显示的其他方式付款。付款处理由第三方提供商处理（详见我们的隐私政策）。我们不在服务器上存储完整的付款卡号。
批量定价。某些产品可能提供基于体积的折扣，其中单位价格根据购买数量而降低。批量定价在结账时自动计算，如有变动，恕不另行通知。
优惠券和折扣。优惠券代码一般为一次性使用（除非另有说明），不能组合使用，可能有最低订单金额、过期日期或产品限制。我们保留权利作废通过未授权方式获得的优惠券。
7. 配送与退货
所有销售均为最终销售。由于产品的性质，订单发货后我们无法接受退货或换货。如果您收到损坏或错误的产品，请在交付后 48 小时内与我们联系以寻求解决方案。
配送时间仅为估计值，不予保证。我们对由承运人、天气、海关或其他超出我们控制范围的情况造成的延误不承担责任。风险损失在交付给承运人时转移给您。
国际运费在结账时根据目的地的实时承运人费率计算。进口关税、增值税和海关费用由买方承担。
8. 奖励计划
Research Peptide Hub 为注册账户持有人提供奖励计划（"奖励计划"）。通过参与，您同意以下条款：
获得积分。积分按每花费 $1 赚取 1 个积分的速率在符合条件的购买上获得（按订单小计减去任何折扣计算）。积分在下单时记入，但在订单发货前仍处于"待处理"状态。待处理积分无法兑换。
积分有效期。可用积分在其可用后 90 天内过期（即关联订单发货后 90 天），除非另有说明。过期积分将被没收，无法恢复。我们保留权利随时更改有效期，并给予合理通知。
兑换。积分在达到 100 点最低余额后可兑换折扣优惠券。兑换的优惠券为一次性使用，有效期为 30 天，不能与其他优惠券代码组合。为优惠券兑换的积分不可退款，即使优惠券过期未使用。
取消。如果订单被取消，从该订单获得的任何积分将被撤销。如果来自已取消订单的积分已被兑换，您的余额可能为负，需要额外购买后才能进行进一步兑换。
促销。我们可能不时提供奖励积分促销（例如双倍积分）。促销乘数仅适用于在活跃促销期间下达的订单，可随时修改或停止，恕不另行通知。
无现金价值。积分没有现金价值，不能转让、出售或兑换现金。积分不是财产，不赋予任何既得权益。我们保留权利随时修改、暂停或终止奖励计划，有或无通知，并在欺诈、滥用或违反这些条款的情况下作废积分。
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Research Peptide Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use products for human or animal consumption
- Resell products without prior written authorization
- Provide false or misleading information in your account or orders
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, pricing, or purchase limits
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or access the Site
- Engage in fraudulent coupon or rewards abuse
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive for high purity and accuracy in our product descriptions, we do not guarantee specific research outcomes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided as a reference and are subject to the limitations of the testing methodology used.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Research Peptide Hub, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Research Peptide Hub, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
